Flora Templeton Stuart

Flora Templeton Stuart is a graduate of Western Kentucky University, Northern Kentucky University, Salmon P.
Chase School of Law and was admitted to practice in the State of Kentucky in 1976. Ms. Stuart has the
distinction of being the first female attorney to litigate court cases and practice law in the courts of
Bowling Green, Kentucky. For several years Ms. Stuart served as Warren County Public Advocate representing
indigent clients. Ms. Stuart has many noteworthy cases, including the representation and successful defense
of a young woman, which resulted in appearances on the Phil Donahue show and Good Morning America. More
recently, Ms. Stuart was included in Women and the Criminal Justice System and Voices of Women, books detailing
women in the field of law.
Ms. Stuart has also received the Women of Achievement Award.
Ms. Stuart concentrates her law practice in Injury & Disability Law to include representation of the seriously
injured in many cases such as: auto accidents, child injury, semi truck, wrongful death, personal injury, abuse,
premises liability, dog bites, workers compensation and social security disability. Ms. Stuart is a recognized
advocate and member of American Association for Justice, and a member of Kentucky Trial Lawyers Association,
Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce, Bowling Green Bar Association, and the National Organization of Social Security
Representatives. She is licensed to practice law in Kentucky Courts, Federal Courts, and the Supreme Court of
Kentucky, and has been av hoc counsel throughout the country in serious injury cases. Flora Templeton Stuart is
very active in the community through education programs, charity organizations,
and the arts, with several recognitions. Ms. Stuart also enjoys being the founder of "Flora and Friends" for young people, as well as being a frequent lecturer in schools throughout South Central Kentucky.

Natalie Talmage Stuart is a graduate of Wilmington College BA, Oklahoma City University, where she earned her Juris Doctor,
and was admitted to practice in the state of Kentucky in 1996 and the state of Tennessee in 2007. Ms. Stuart is a member of: KATA ( Kentucky Academy of Trial
Attorney), American Association for Justice, Kentucky Bar Association and The National Association of Bankruptcy
Attorneys. Ms. Stuart also received the Donated Legal Services Recognition Award in 2001.
Ms. Stuart concentrates her law practice in Injury Litigation, representing the severely injured, and also assisting needy
clients in filing Chapter 7 bankruptcy. She is licensed to practice law in Kentucky Courts, United States District Federal
Courts of Western District in the state of Kentucky, and the Supreme Court of Kentucky.
Natalie Talmage Stuart takes pride in personal visits to her injured clients throughout Kentucky and Tennessee to better
represent the seriously injured in hospitals and homes. Ms. Stuart is a fighter for the rights of the injured. Ms. Stuart
is a litigator and strong advocate for those that have been victimized, and has represented clients throughout the courts in
Kentucky to include State and Federal Court.

Brent M. Stinnett joined Flora Templeton Stuart and Natalie Talmage Stuart in 2007 in the practice of injury, workmans compensation and Social Security disability law. He is a graduate of Western Kentucky University, and the Salmon P. Chase College of Law and was admitted to practice in the State of Kentucky in 2007. While attending law school, Mr. Stinnett worked for the Kentucky Innocence Project, the post-conviction branch of the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy. During his course work, Mr. Stinnett was the recipient of the CALI award for academic excellence in several areas including bankruptcy, trial advocacy and criminal law. He is licensed to practice law in Kentucky Courts, United States District Federal Courts of Western District in the state of Kentucky, and the Supreme Court of Kentucky. |
