unless we obtain a recovery for you and the cost and expenses are only paid from your recovery.
Our fee is a percentage of your recovery. If a recovery is not made in your injury case, you pay
nothing for attorney's fees, cost, and expenses. We do not charge any fee for helping you settle
your claim for damage to your vehicle.
