Injury Lawyer Flora Templeton Stuart litigated a case (filed suit) in the State of Arkansas as
Adhoc attorney eventually obtaining a $140,000 settlement for our client who was a passenger in
a tow truck that was towing her car. The driver of the tow truck lost control, hit a ditch and
our client was thrown through the windshield. Ms. Stuart was able to establish liability on the
towing company, since no seatbelt was provided in the tow truck. Our client suffered from severe
left arm lacerations and permanent nerve damage in her left hand. Her medical bills totaled over
$36,000.
