Injury Lawyer Flora Templeton Stuart settled a case for $95,000 without court
for her client who sustained injuries to her face when she was driving in the road
when horses owned by a farmer ran into the road, crushing her vehicle. Because the
homeowner had allowed the horses to wander into the highway, we were able to establish
liability and collect $95,000 for the client. This case was complicated by the fact
that the client did not have a seat belt. Fortunately the client's facial injuries
eventually healed without scarring. In addition to this recovery, we also obtained PIP
benefits for the client and payment of the medical expenses of $45,406 with PIP and
health insurance.
