$25,000 for Ruptured Spleen
Injury Lawyer Flora Templeton Stuart obtained a settlement of $25,000 with out court for her client who was 13 years of age and suffered a ruptured spleen. She was a passenger with her sister who was hit by a car that crossed the center line and hit the vehicle in the passenger side. She was hospitalized for 15 days in Vanderbilt but recovered fully. A trust fund and college fund was established for the child as well as all bills paid.
