Injury Lawyer Flora Templeton Stuart settled a personal injury claim for $12,000,
PIP and medical bills with out court for her client who was injured when a semi truck
hit her head on. Our client was 22 yrs of age at the time the wreck with two young babies
who were taken to the emergency room by ambulance at the time of the wreck and suffered
injuries to her neck and back but recovered. She had had no prior injuries before the
wreck and with no family to help; she was all alone in the world with two young babies
to care for at the time of the wreck. The semi truck tore the door off of the side of
her vehicle, broke her windshield and crushed the side of her car. Although client
sustained minor injuries we collected all of her medical bills with PIP
and her property damage with out charge.
