Injury Lawyer Flora Templeton Stuart filed suit against a semi truck company and before
trial mediated and negotiated a $200,000 settlement for our client who was hit by a tractor-trailer.
The driver of the tractor-trailer suffered from road rage and was illegally passing our client when
our client was attempting to make a left turn. The tractor-trailer plowed into our client,
crushing his vehicle. Our client suffered multiple rib fractures, collapsed lung and broken bones.
