Injury Lawyer Flora Templeton Stuart filed suit against a construction company when their
trackhoe collided with her client on the highway. After lengthy litigation, Ms. Stuart
established libiability on the trackhoe operator and construction company for not following
proper safety procedure regarding the use of flagmen and trackhoe lights while operating after
dark. Our client eventually died from his injuries after his vehicle was crushed by the trackhoe.
