Flora Templeton Stuart, Attorney at Law

Flora Templeton Stuart holds a BA from Western Kentucky University as an honor student and received her Juris Doctorate from Salmon P. Chase Law School in 1976. Ms. Stuart has the distinction of being the first female attorney to litigate court cases in Bowling Green. For several years Ms. Stuart served as Warren County Public Advocate representing indigent clients. Ms. Stuart has many noteworthy cases, including the successful defense of a young woman which resulted in appearances on the Phil Donahue show and Good Morning America. More recently, Ms. Stuart was included in Women and the Criminal Justice System and Voices of Women. Ms. Stuart has received the Women of Achievement Award and the Donated Legal Services Award.

 

Ms. Stuart concentrates her law practice in Injury & Disability Law. She is a member of the Kentucky Justice Association, Kentucky Bar Association, the Bowling Green Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in Kentucky Courts, the U.S. Federal District Court in the Western District of Kentucky and the Supreme Court of Kentucky, and has been ad hoc counsel throughout the country in serious injury cases. Ms. Stuart takes pride in personally working with her clients to achieve fairness and justice.

 

She is very active in the community being the founder of "Flora and Friends", Art Education Task Force, Inc., as well as being a frequent lecturer in schools and was a certified teacher. She has helped create and fund benefit concerts, reading and art programs, and recognizes young people in our community for their service. Her law firm is proud to be part of the South Central Kentucky community.

Andrew J. Gregory-Mabrey, Attorney at Law

Andrew J. Gregory-Mabrey holds a Bachelor of Arts from Purdue University, and received his Juris Doctorate from Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law.  He is proud to have joined Flora Templeton Stuart in her practice of injury law, workman’s compensation, social security disability and bankruptcy.

 

Mr. Gregory-Mabrey interned for the Kentucky Innocence Project (the post-conviction branch of the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy), and the law firm of Katherine Siereveld.   Mr. Gregory-Mabrey was employed at the Children’s Law Center, Inc., a non-profit organization focused on protecting the legal right of minors from 2007 to 2008, and worked for Chevalier, Fox & Ginn, PSC, in the general practice of law.

 

Mr. Gregory-Mabrey is licensed to practice law in Kentucky Courts, the U.S. Federal District Court in the Western District of Kentucky and the Supreme Court of Kentucky.  He enjoys representing injured clients while being an advocate for those seeking disability.  He is a member of NOSSCR, The National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives.

Ryan C. Reed, Attorney at Law

Ryan C. Reed received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Western Kentucky University, then continued his education at the University of Kentucky College of Law where he was awarded a Juris Doctorate in 1998.  He has practiced primarily personal injury law in Bowling Green since 1999, and has been representing the rights of injury victims exclusively since 2004.


In the local community, Mr. Reed is a former President of the Board of Directors of the Barren River Area Child Advocacy Center, Attorney-Coach for the Western Kentucky University Mock Trial Team, and member of the Advisory Board for the Kentucky Museum at WKU.  Mr. Reed also has a lengthy and distinguished record of service to his profession, including as Chair of the Kentucky Bar Association Young Lawyers Section, an officer of the American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division, a member of the Kentucky Bar Association Board of Governors, and the Founding Chair of the Bowling Green/Warren County Bar Association Young Lawyers Committee.  


An avid fan and supporter of the Bowling Green Hot Rods, Ryan and his family are proud to make their home in South Central Kentucky.

Attorney Nan Calloway holds a BA from Western Kentucky University and received her Juris Doctorate from Salmon P. Chase Law School. Ms. Calloway is proud to represent clients injured in Tennessee in association with The Law Firm of Flora Templeton Stuart. Ms. Calloway is licensed to practice law in Kentucky and Tennessee and has over thirty years of experience representing clients in personal injury law throughout Kentucky and Tennessee to include federal court and the sixth circuit Court Of Appeals.
